Bridgetines shine bright in the first virtual ASMEPPS quiz bee

In its seventh year, the Association of Science and Mathematics Educators of the Philippine Private Schools (ASMEPPS) held its first virtual quiz bee for Mathematics and Science where Bridgetine Seniors showed their competence in the said courses.

Regional ASMEPPS

Select students from the different strands paved their way into the National Level by dominating the Mathematics and Science quiz bees in the Regional level, December 12.

In the Mathematics quiz bee, Patrick John Ceazsar Caguete, Syania Bienz Carpio, and Paolo Andrew Padilla of STEM – Mo. Cyra O’Kane, along with Francis Errol Endozo of STEM – Mo. Dorothy O’Connor and Aldrich Joshua Fancubit of ABM – Mo. Vitalis Winkler represented the school for the Grade 11 level while Justin Rae Casao of STEM – Sr. Mary Concepcion Conti and Reia Nichelle Arandia of STEM – Sr. Mary Consuelo Chuidian were the representatives for the Grade 12 level.

On the other hand, Maria Antonette Loride of STEM – Mo. Cyra O’Kane, Teresa Claire Agtay of STEM – Mo. Constance Phelan, and Jastine Jill Ramirez of ABM – Mo. Vitalis Winkler competed for the Grade 11 Science quiz bee while Ralph Jerome Amores of STEM – Sr. Mary Concepcion Conti represented the school for the Grade 12 category of the said quiz bee. 

National ASMEPPS

Seniors bagged several recognitions once again as they displayed excellence in the National Level of the Mathematics and Science quiz bee, March 6.

Padilla, Endozo, and Casao placed 5th, 9th, and 2nd, respectively, as the others finished as participants in the Mathematics contest. On the other hand, Lorida and Amores also participated in the Science competition for their respective levels.
