SBC graduates excel in the SWLE

Bridgetine Social Workers emitted radiant light as they excelled  in the Social Work Licensure Examination held on September 19–21, 2022. Among all the Bridgetine exam takers, St. Bridget College made it with a high passing percentage as the school garnered 84.38% with its 27 newly Registered Social Workers. Based on the press release, The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 2,955 out of 4,723 (62.75%) passed the examination nationwide. Aranzado, Noche, and Vergara bag 4th place in PAFTE Quiz Bee

Three aspiring Bridgetine educators, Jhoanna Marie B. Vergara from BSED 4, Frances Margarette D. Aranzado and Raymond Joseph Noche, both from BEED 4, ranked fourth out of 48 educational institutions around the region in the 14th Annual Seminar and Quiz Bee for Education Students facilitated by the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE) IV-A, held at Cultural Center of Laguna, Santa Cruz, Laguna, November 24, 2022. City Health Office raises awareness on HIV-AIDS to SHS Bridgetines

In line with World AIDS Day 2022 commemoration, the Batangas City Health Office conducted a seminar on Senior High School student-leaders that aims to raise awareness on youth about the sexually-transmitted diseases, mainly Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection (HIV) at Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) last December 7.  Aligned to the theme of this year’s event, “End HIV, Act for Equality para sa Healthy Pilipinas”, officers of the City Health Office (CHO) shared their respective knowledges regarding the said sexually-transmitted diseases.  The lecture kicked off with a pretest about HIV and AIDS to assess the students’ preliminary knowledge about HIV and AIDS. Coliyat Swims His Way to an International Competition

Coliyat Swims His Way to an International Competition Shaimond Coliyat, a 15-year old Bridgetine and swimmer, is one of the 99 representatives of the Philippines for the 44th Southeast Asian Age Group Swimming Championship, December 17-19, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This fellow Bridgetine paved his way to the said competition which is actually the first step leading to SEA Games. He began his athletic journey at the age of seven.
